1. In Microsoft Teams navigate to the channel you wish for Stotles alerts to appear

  2. Open the channel menu and click on Workflows

  3. Search for “webhook” and click on the template “Send webhook alerts to a channel”

  4. Rename the workflow so you can recognise what it is doing later on, connect to Teams before pressing next.

  5. Ensure the Team and Channel is where you expect Stotles alerts to be posted. It should be the channel you had open earlier. Then press add workflow.

  6. Copy the URL on this page by pressing the copy button.

  7. Open Stotles and go to Settings → Notifications → Teams notifications and press Create a new notification.

  8. Paste in the URL you copied from Teams into the field “Webhook URL” and pick a name for this notification. We recommend the team name & channel name so it’s easy to find in the future.

  9. Select the frequency you wish for these alerts and then select the views below you wish to get alerts for before pressing Save.

  10. There will be a toast notification informing you this notification was setup successfully.

  11. In Microsoft Teams you should have received two messages, one informing you the integration has been successfully setup and the other showing an example notification.

If you do not receive both notifications please verify the URL you entered into Stotles was correct. If additional help is required please contact support by emailing [email protected]
